What is chic? The word itself is overused, of course, but somehow it’s still the only one that fits the bill. It signifies something more alluring than “best dressed” and something more mysterious than the equally ubiquitous “cool.” For us, chic means dressing with individuality, consistency, and a hint or two of adventure. In the end, though, you just know it when you see it, and we see it in these 25 women. And with the Fall 2015 shows about to start, they’re the ones we’ll be watching all season long.
