Angela Bassett is a red carpet master and one reason why is designer Christian Siriano. Bassett attended the launch party for Siriano’s book, Dresses to Dream About, last night at the Chateau Marmont and dressed to impress (with some help from stylist Jennifer Austin, and of course in a frock designed by Siriano). And while the Golden Globe Award–winning actress often relies upon Siriano’s colorful pieces for the Emmys and the Globes, Bassett kept things simple yet sophisticated in an LBD. Joining Bassett at the party were a crew of famous faces including her Horror Story costars Kathy Bates and Connie Britton, and Selma Blair.
