Bella Hadid is in her cowgirl era. Lately, the supermodel has embraced more of a western look—and her cowboy boyfriend, Adan Banuelos, may just have something to do with it. And now, as we plunge further into the fall season, she’s taken her rodeo aesthetic into handbag territory: Yesterday, Hadid was spotted in New York City wearing a fringed suede bag that feels perfectly in line with her new sartorial focus. Bonus: It’s fresh off the spring 2025 runway, too.
Hadid’s statement accessory, dubbed the Nellcôte bag, debuted in Alessandro Michele’s first collection for Valentino. (With its suede fringing and silver studs and grommets, the piece retails for a cool $2,690.) Paired with a sleek black top, dress pants, and her trusty cowboy boots, the bag nodded to Hadid’s fondness for country style while elevating things a bit. The question is: Now that Hadid has sported it, will this Valentino Garavani number become the It bag of the season? We wouldn’t doubt it—that’s simply the Hadid effect.
