Between the exquisite fashions on the runways and the sidewalks of Paris, the passion for couture was at an all time high on stylish Pinterest boards this month. Dolce Gabbana’s Alta Moda show in Portofino was a particular favorite, and featured gowns that were accessorized with fairy wings and floral headpieces. Such flights of fantasy were balanced by inspiring, do-try-this-at-home styles seen on the street throughout July, from Jessica Alba in a slip dress and platform sandals to Anja Rubik in cutoffs and the season’s ubiquitous gladiator sandal. Also making an unexpected splash were pictures of cool celebrity tubs.
