Whether you’re traveling and searching for some superb stores to visit on your trip or are curious about your local vintage treasure chests, Vogue’s directory has you covered.

Few cities have the layers of history of Berlin. It’s a destination sought-after for its culture and counter-culture, but it’s also a hotbed of vintage—with stores filled with extremely coveted ’00s and ’90s-era vintage pieces that send Y2K nostalgics into a tizzy. In Berlin, the vintage scene is taken seriously, with some stores (like Endyma) operating by appointment only and without a public address—IYKYK. Then there’s the Pineapple Gallery, which has made GQ’s list of the 100 best vintage stores in the world—quite the accomplishment—and stores like Wsiura, which is as Berlin capital B as it gets with a sex swing in the basement of its store.

But it s not all wares to get you past the bouncer at Berghain; there’s also a vintage scene focused on pre-1960s fashion and textiles if you know where to look. Here to help is Vogue’s guide to the best vintage in Berlin, curated with the help of our editors at Vogue Germany.

Beyond the archival Comme des Garçons and Jean Paul Gaultier runway pieces, which are up for grabs, design lovers can shop interior design collectibles, too.
