With just a few weeks left until autumn arrives, the time to get in last-minute surf or paddle sessions is now. Out in Sag Harbor this weekend, supermodel Carolyn Murphy showed how to bring surf style ashore in the chicest way possible. Her trick? Playful patterns that elevate the technical rash guard and a glowing tan. She made mismatching prints look easy with a checkerboard top and polka-dot shorts, although it would work just as well with a streamlined stripes and color-blocking. The only other accessory you ll need to get the look, besides a surfboard, is a fun pair of mesh plimsolls.
