The European aristocrat was being feted by Italian fashion house Etro with a cocktail party highlighting his latest collection, which featured a fine jewelry spin on the label’s signature paisley motif. And taking in the chic surroundings was a who’s who of haute uptown glamour, including Marjorie Gubelmann—pulling double duty spinning tracks!—and Jennifer Creel.
