Gigi Hadid has long been a fan of the micro lady bag. She has often carried versions by Stalvey in lizard, leather, and alligator skins, but last night’s purse added the sparkling punctuation to her ensemble. Hadid was out to celebrate mom Yolanda’s 54th birthday, along with her sister Bella, and dressed for the occasion. Hadid kept things sleek in a printed blouse, high-waisted trousers, and heeled combat boots.
Hadid offset the boyish nature of her look through a ladylike butterfly motif, an ideal counterpoint to her jailhouse stripe top. Belted trousers highlighted her physique, while a cropped hem paired with her Louboutin boots lengthened her legs. But it was the model’s Amanda Pearl chain-link micro clutch that stole the show. Opting for minimal jewelry, Hadid let her bag shine with its glittering finish, and perhaps, enough room for an iPhone and lipstick.
