Comedian Nate Bargatze—whose recent special Your Friend, Nate Bargatze earned him two Emmy nominations this year—will host the ceremony, following on from Dan and Eugene Levy last time.

“It’s a huge honor to be asked to host such an iconic awards show and I’m beyond excited to work with CBS to create a night that can be enjoyed by families around the world,” Bargatze said in a statement last spring.

While in the drama field, Severance picked up 27 nominations (including 17 in the Creative Arts categories, of which it won six), followed by The Penguin, with 24 (including 17 Creative Arts nods, of which it won eight), and The White Lotus, with 23 (including four in Creative Arts, of which it won one), on the comedy side, The Studio led the pack with 23 nominations (with 16 in Creative Arts, of which it won nine), followed by Hacks and The Bear. The likes of The Last of Us, Andor, Adolescence, and The Pitt are also in the mix, however: see all the top contenders here.
