An updated take on the vivid midsummer makeover is a notion also embraced by others in Hollywood, like Alicia Keys, who took to Instagram on Saturday to debut a mane of neon braids that augmented her all-natural, fresh-faced sensibilities to ultra funky effect. And don t forget the Blonde singer Frank Ocean, whose debut of bubble-gum pink hair last month has already seemed to turn a fiery shade of orange.
