Biel debuted the look on Instagram this past Tuesday, snapping a two-part, mid-trim selfie aptly captioned “FRINGE!” paired with an apprehensive gaze (before) followed by a grin (after) as hairstylist Adir Abergel made the initial cut to the lash line. But judging by Biel’s second share, the final version was leveled to skim her brows, making it a contemporary, autumnal counterpart to summertime’s wispy flyaways—and an ideal means of marking the equinox.
