Tonight, the house of Saint Laurent staged a larger-than-life show along the fountains of the Trocadero—the Eiffel Tower, in all its glittering, light show glory, serving as its backdrop. But even the iconic Parisian fixture couldn t deflect attention from designer Anthony Vaccarello s latest showing, which offered fans of his sexy silhouettes a fresh new wardrobe of little (as in tiny) black dresses and micro shorts fit for a French femme fatale.
Making her Paris Fashion Week debut, Kaia Gerber lead the model pack, stomping the runway in an up-to-there black sequin bubble dress that highlighted the mile-long pillars she inherited from her supermodel mother to spectacular effect. And just as radiant as they were endless, every pair of exposed limbs that followed was a lesson in the light-catching effects of a proper moisturizing routine.
The takeaway? The lethal combination of a thigh-skimming hemline, endless legs, and a head-to-toe glow is never to be underestimated, especially on Kaia Gerber.
