And if cool working mothers like Katie Holmes are anything to go by, then it seems that there s a new addition to that list: the camo jacket.
We spied it on Kate Moss, Kim Kardashian West, Naomi Watts, and Holmes was seen flaunting a slightly oversize version of the look at Disneyland yesterday. Three-quarter-length sleeves provide a touch of fifties femininity, a red tee and skinny jeans keep the casual spirit alive, while fancy embellished flats take the look off the battlefield. And though it isn t the first time that Holmes has done camo—she sported this Valentino tote last year—clearly she’s rising in the ranks of the chic mom brigade.
