Meghan Markle and Prince Harry take their date nights where they can. Recent appearances include a royal cameo at Sundance to support the Archewell Productions-produced movie Cookie Queens and Kris Jenner’s 70th birthday, as well as Meghan’s solo step and repeat for the Fifteen Percent Gala; but this weekend, the couple got cozy courtside at the NBA All-Stars game.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex were spotted at the basketball match, which took place at the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California. They sat next to Hollywood royalty Queen Latifah and her own partner Eboni Nichols. It was a celeb-studded match, with Michelle and Barack Obama, Teyana Taylor, Kelly Rowland, and more also in attendance.

The Sussexes coordinated in matching casual navy looks. Meghan opted for some go-to labels that have become staples within her Montecito mom wardrobe: a midnight blue cashmere crew neck sweater via Brochu Walker, Stuart Weitzman black booties, and dark wash skinny-flare jeans by Veronica Beard. The As Ever founder styled herself simply with a gold circular choker and matching bracelet, with a pale pink manicure and her dark brunette hair lightly waved. Harry, meanwhile, wore a washed out, Union Jack-pinned gray cap and navy button-up shirt, with close-fitting black jeans and bottle green suede sneakers with a white sole.

It’s not the first time the couple have made a major sporting event into their own date night, having attended the 2025 World Series together. (They sported matching L.A. Dodgers caps.) Of course, Harry has been an avid polo player most of his life, and steers the international sporting event known as the Invictus Games with Meghan at his side.

The Duchess has diligently stuck to the Meghan Markle style playbook this winter: the aforementioned denim via Veronica Beard, cozy coats by Anine Bing, Stuart Weitzman boots, cashmeres and knits from Brochu Walker and Wolford, all within the dark wine, espresso, and navy color palette. Her recent appearance at the Fifteen Percent Gala was a rare more glamorous moment; she opted for a cream and black custom gown by Harbison Studio with a dramatic velvet pashmina that unfolded into a long train.

Meghan and Harry were also spotted earlier in the weekend having a pre-Valentine’s Day dinner on Friday at Funke in Beverly Hills, one of their favorite spots. (The Duchess celebrated her 44th birthday there last summer.) They both kept things low-key and casual for dinner, with Meghan opting for a chocolate brown quilted bomber jacket and black jeans.

And on V-Day, Meghan posted a sweet, candid photo to Instagram of her husband holding their daughter Lilibet with a bunch of red balloons: “These two + Archie = my forever Valentines ♥️,” Meghan wrote.
