Everything’s a spectacle at Milan Fashion Week, so when it comes time for a walk-off, it is naturally fashion legend vs. fashion legend. Naomi Campbell’s presence at Versace was hard to beat; then again, Milan had plenty of worship-worthy walks from a multi-generational list of big names. Established stars led the pack, including 72-year-old supermodel Lauren Hutton, who made her comeback at Bottega Veneta to the cheers from the crowd, and Liya Kebede, who capped off nearly two decades in the modeling business with her appearance at Prada.
Even modeling’s rising names had extraordinary moments in Milan. Twenty-something social star Sara Sampaio proved why she’s one of the world’s most followed women with her sexy turn at Moschino. Croatian bombshell Faretta used one of her first times opening a show to deliver a killer walk for Roberto Cavalli. Korea’s Next Top Model alum Hoyeon Jung pulled off those Fendi glitter lips and hair jewels with ease, and Greta Varlese continued her runway dominance with a chic strut for Marni.
