If escaping the crowds is more your style, head to the 18th Room, a new eco-friendly speakeasy that serves upscale cocktails with sustainable, in-season ingredients. On the menu this fall? Villar Perosa, a drink with gin, elderflower liquor, grapefruit, and prosecco.

Bubby’s

Fashion week can also be stressful. So if you don’t just want a drink, but need one, head over to Bubby’s. It’s more of a restaurant than a bar, but it’s one of the only places in Manhattan where you can order CBD-infused cocktails. Get a Banana Rum Old-Fashioned with CBD sugar.
