Priyanka Chopra is making the rounds doing promotion for her role as the villain in the new Baywatch movie, but that doesn t mean she doesn t have time to set a few things straight. Sitting down with Wendy Williams for the latter s eponymous daytime TV talk show, the actress answered questions about her shoes (Francesco Russo), her birthday (July 18, the same as Williams and Nelson Mandela), whether she s interested in moving back to India, where Williams implied she is a much bigger star ("I live on a plane and I go where my work takes me...I m extremely nomadic like that"), her parents (both doctors), her (Ralph Lauren Met gala gown, and—Williams squeals, her friendship with Meghan Markle,"Prince Harry s girlfriend!" But hold it, says Chopra, cocking an eyebrow: "Also, Meghan Markle, actress...Suits... her achievements, mmm-hmm, just saying..."
Williams, appropriately chastened, continued to attempt to ferret out more details about rumored wedding bells, and whether there would be a bridesmaids dress in Chopra s future, but for her part, the actress kept it simple, to the effect of "I m happy that she s happy." Looks like somebody definitely secured their invite, should another royal wedding be taking place anytime soon.
