Only a show as fun as Rag Bone could lure the fashion set to St. Ann’s Warehouse in Brooklyn on a Monday night. But it wasn’t only the beer and the popcorn snacks that got people in their seats, it was the brand s signature mix of sport and street. Find talking points from the show below.
1. Rag Bone designers Marcus Wainwright and David Neville make a point of offering guests snacks on arrival. Tonight’s offerings included sliders, popcorn, tiny French fries, and Mast Brothers chocolate.
2. The show was soundtracked by an original composition by Thom Yorke, who invited the Brooklyn Youth Choir to perform. The singers were stationed behind a sheer curtain for the duration of the show.
3. For a cross section of the Downtown scene, look no further than Rag Bone’s front row: Camille Rowe, Hailey Baldwin, and Lil Buck were in attendance.
4. Rianne Van Rompaey opened the show in an oversized knot and bright yellow skirt.
5. Good news, New Yorkers: The collection featured all flat shoes, from high top sneakers to strappy sandals.
6. The accessory addicts out there will find much to love, including the sculptural hoop earrings worn by every model and the fistfuls of metal rings sported with select looks.
7. Just because it’s a spring collection doesn’t mean the Rag Bone girl doesn’t need a jacket. From satin bombers to oversized anoraks, there were plenty to choose from.
8. The key element to channeling the Rag Bone vibe? Strong brows. This season, the models all got the Cara Delevingne treatment from Gucci Westman.
9. We d bet Lineisy Montero’s slip dress and sneakers combo sparks a trend south of 14th Street next summer.
10. Several models wore knit dresses tugged off one shoulder to reveal a camisole strap peeking out—further proof that the off-shoulder look is picking up stream.
