If today’s Topshop Unique spring 2015 show is any indication, the more imperfect your lipstick the better. In-house makeup artist Hannah Murray sent the ensemble cast of British models, including**Jourdan Dunn, Cara Delevingne, Sam Rollinson, Malaika Firth,** and Lily Donaldson down the runway with crimson mouths, mixed from two of the fashion house’s forthcoming spring shades and softened at the edges for a charmingly worn away “just-been kissed” effect. Paired with Murray’s “done on the bus” eye makeup, clean skin, and bedhead waves pinned to the side like a sleepy schoolgirl, the takeaway seemed to be that applying your makeup on the go just got a lot easier.
