Sienna Miller has been keeping a low profile of late, and now, we know why. The actor is expecting her third child (her second with the actor Oli Green), and she was seemingly waiting for the 2025 Fashion Awards to reveal her news.

It’s a fab personal PR move (is there anything more joyous than a baby bump on a red carpet?) that we’ve seen before. At Vogue World: London in 2023, a pregnant Miller walked the red carpet in a Schiaparelli puffball skirt and a ruched, cropped shirt that swiftly became the standout look of the night. “Her choice is our honor,” said Schiaparelli creative director Daniel Roseberry, while her stylist at the time, Harry Lambert, enthused: “It deserves to make headlines!” The directional cloud-like two-piece sure did.

For the 2025 Fashion Awards, Miller’s look was less editorial, more in line with her boho roots. The ethereal sheer gown— look 37 from Sarah Burton’s spring 2026 collection for Givenchy—was one part noughties nostalgia, two parts Stevie Nicks, with a pinch of Sam McKnight-perfected bedhead glamour thrown in for good measure. It’s a tried-and-tested Sienna Miller formula that has been emulated up and down the UK.

But at the annual industry celebration at the Royal Albert Hall, there could be no doubt it was all about Miller. No one has quite the same sway when it comes to convincing us to wear cork wedges, coin belts, or pregnancy looks that exist outside the dreaded category: maternity wear. Where Miller goes, others follow. Expect a surge of interest in naked dresses all over again. Or just searches on how to emulate that pregnancy glow.
