Tonight at the MTV VMA pre-show, Taylor Swift debuted her latest music video, "Wildest Dreams," which features many of the singer s calling cards: a catchy hook, her mile-long limbs, and self-described "red lips and rosy cheeks." Notably absent is Swift s signature golden blonde hair. In its place: A chin-length, Elizabeth Taylor–esque raven bob. As she dances through the safari, lounging with lions, running alongside zebras, and romancing costar Scott Eastwood, her waves blow in the breeze, making us wonder if she should ditch the wig and commit to a permanent incarnation of the deeper hue this fall. Welcome to the dark side, Swift.
