We are well into the afternoon hours of 4/20, and while some may be drifting off into a dreamlike state with a Costco-size bag of chips in hand, others are still at work. The toker’s holiday isn’t actually a holiday for the vast majority of the public, but it does evoke images—and many an online meme—of movies like Half Baked and personas like Snoop Dogg.
