In the category for Best Play, the category’s frontrunner—The Curious Incident of the Dog in The Night-Time is actually the least popular in the pack. Wolf Hall Parts One Two is surprisingly the most popular show in this category in terms of searches by a long shot. Everyone loves a good Royal Shakespeare Company production.

The Tony award for best musical looks like it will be a toss-up between Something Rotten and Fun Home, but it seems An American in Paris is much more looked for than the category’s two front-runners. Paris is likely getting a lot of attention to Gene Kelly fans looking to see their favorite classic film brought to life.

To no surprise, Bradley Cooper absolutely dominates the best actor category in terms of Google searches. A pack of Broadway stars that include Bill Nighy, Ben Miles, Alex Sharp, and Steven Boyer all trail behind Cooper in this race. But don’t expect the Hollywood star to take the award so easily, Alex Sharp could win the prize if voters want The Curious Incident of the Dog in The Night-Time to have a big night.

The search results for best actress in a play is a bit more spread out than the best-actor category. Hollywood legend Helen Mirren leads the pack by an intense lead, and she is expected to take home a Tony on Sunday night after two losses in the past. But Ruth Wilson and Carey Mulligan manage to give her a run for her money and could possibly win the award.
