A little chocolate on the pillow in your hotel room can go a long way, but so can some nightly herbal elixirs and a hypnotherapy session. For many hotels, turndown services are becoming more than just crisp sheets and neatly folded throw blankets—they’re full-fledged luxury experiences. Here are six of the most indulgent travel tuck-ins in the world:

The All-Natural Nightcap, Cheval Blanc St. Barth Isle de France
This LVMH-owned hotel on the island of St. Barth’s recently introduced a nonalcoholic nightcap service. Before guests slip off, they’re greeted each night with a different chilled, herbal-infused elixir to aid in digestion and sleep. Cheers to a fantastic seaside snooze.

A Monogramed Pillow, The Peninsula Hotel Beverly Hills
After a long day of traveling, most people don’t actually care what the bed looks like, they’re just happy to crash. However, a pillow stitched with your initials is one reason to perk up. If you stay in a suite or a villa, The Peninsula embroiders a pillow with your monogram, and for VIP guests they’ll include a pet’s name, too.

Hypnotherapy, Four Seasons Westlake Village
If you have trouble falling asleep, the Four Seasons can help with something more holistic than a Tylenol PM or a nightcap. The hotel has a “tranquility wing” with rooms sectioned off from the rest of the hotel to promote a sense of calm and optimal sleep. Guests can receive hypnotherapy and a personal sleep consultation, as well as acupuncture and a guided meditation session.

A Dream Bar Snack, JW Marriott Hotels Resorts
Instead of munching on chocolate or candy from the minibar before bedtime, JW Marriott hotels are now offering an in-house nighttime snack to help stimulate jet-lag recovery during a restful sleep. The Dream Bar is made with organic oats to help release serotonin, as well as antioxidant-rich blueberries, chia seeds, almonds, and coconut.

The Slumber Guru, Anantara Kihavah Villas Maldives
It’d be hard not to get a good night’s sleep in the picturesque Maldives, but just in case, the Anantara has a sleep guru on hand. They will draw a calming, candlelit milk bath; give massages on the villa’s private deck; and serve herbal tea, hot chocolate, and homemade cookies. Guests can also choose their pillow from a menu and rest their eyes with a silk lavender eye mask.

A Traditional Siwak Toothbrush on Your Pillow, Angsana Riads Collection Marrakech
In case you forget to pick one up at the local souk, the Angsana maid service will leave a traditional Arabic toothbrush on your pillow. Carved out of wood from a tooth root tree, these antique souvenirs are a celebration of the local culture and history. They may not help you nod off, but they’ll last much longer than a little piece of chocolate.
