10 Best Dressed: Week of January 21, 2013

As evidenced by the inevitable sea of strapless mermaid dresses at the Golden Globes, winter’s implications do not typically apply to Hollywood and Holly Golightlys (and this was in Los Angeles after all). But this week’s Best Dressed showed, with a few exceptions, women opting for January-appropriate sleeves—even if abbreviated or chiffon. Whether it be China Chow in blooming Commes des Garçons, Kirsten Dunst in checkered Louis Vuitton, or Jennifer Lawrence and **Sienna Miller’**s to-the-wrist Valentinos, the sleeve was undisputedly the accessory of the week.
