10 Best Dressed: Week of March 4, 2013

As the Oscars become more and more high profile, stars seem to be taking fewer risks on that red carpet, opting instead to make interesting fashion choices at the events bookending the Big Show. Cue Solange Knowles in bright yellow (and sequined!) Emilio Pucci, Allison Williams in opulently embroidered Valentino, and, in the most blatant examples, a handful of women in perfectly tailored pants.
