Model Bianca Balti’s West Coast Wedding Is an Italian-Inspired Dream

Model Bianca Balti and personal sober coach Matthew McRae met while she was on holiday in Marbella, Spain. It was August and she was on vacation; he was living there at the time. A year later, he proposed. “He said he was going to take me on a date [that night],” remembers Bianca. “So we went to his parents’ house in Orange County, California, to drop off my daughter Matilde. Then he said, ‘I’ve got to show you something,’ and he made me climb over the fence into a garden of a historic home called Key Ranch. It’s a beautiful property immersed in orange groves and old trees. We were wandering around when he kneeled and asked me the big question. I don’t like surprises, so I remember it being a bit awkward, but of course I said, ‘Yes!’ ”
