Dress Up for D-Nice’s Social Distancing Disco Party Tonight

It may only be Wednesday night, but it’s time to have a little fun. As a long time lover of disco—yes, both the music and the fashion—I have been spending my evenings in quarantine cranking up Scotty Fox’s “Social Distancing Free Skate” on Mixcloud or tuning into D-Nice’s Instagram Live sets. While I can’t say that I have been putting on what I might normally wear for a night out on the town, I’ve definitely been leaning into more glamorous pajamas for dancing on my own, and tonight will be no exception. D-Nice is back! This time teaming up with Michelle Obama’s When We All Vote organization for what is sure to be an epic “couch party.” So find some eyeliner, pull on a pair of knit bell-bottoms, and bring your own disco ball—and some sparkly earrings, of course. It’s time to embrace social distancing disco.
