Forget Naked Dressing—Abs Are the Best Beauty Flex at the 2026 Grammys

“It’s giving body,” Zara Larsson said during her 2026 Grammys interview with E!’s Zuri Hall. Apparently, that was the brief for stylists across the board for the evening, as ab-bearing ensembles reigned supreme on music’s biggest night.

Larsson’s custom beaded Kévin Germanier two-piece was a ray of Midnight Sun—but she wasn’t the only one sparkling. Addison Rae wore a custom white Alaïa gown—created in collaboration with designer Pieter Mulier just days before he announced he would be leaving the French house—and the deep scoop neck not only revealed her abs, but also her bedazzled belly button. Rhea Raj also got the body-glam memo, wearing gems across her lower stomach.

This isn’t the first red carpet of 2026 where we’ve seen belly buttons—recall Emma Stone at the Golden Globes!—and we’re sure it won’t be the last. Sure, it may be music’s biggest night—but it seems like the belly button’s biggest night, too.
