Mach Mach and Nordstrom Hosted a Sparkling Cocktail Party

Mach Mach’s glitzy crystal and pearl-adorned pumps have become synonymous with party dressing, so it only made sense that the brand hosted an epic soirée to celebrate the debut of an exclusive collection at Nordstrom. Along with the label’s designers Nina and Gvantsa Macharashvili, who are sisters, Joan Smalls and Rickie De Sole, Nordstrom’s newly appointed Women’s Designer Fashion Editorial Director, welcomed a stylish crowd of fashion VIPs.

Nicky Hilton posted up at the bar in an elegant off-the-shoulder look anchored with black Mach Mach Double Bow pumps. Rocky Barnes joined her in a sweet pink floral skirt and pearl-encrusted sweater decorated with pearls, which paired perfectly with her silver Mach Mach shoes. While Smalls and fellow model Ellie Thumann worked the room in the label’s cutout mini dresses in electric blue and orange hues.

The weather might have been gloomy, but the inside of Nordstrom’s NYC flagship store was vibrantly lit, thanks to a Y2K-themed installation that featured ombré pink archways and cylindrical displays. On the second floor inside the retailer’s restaurant Wolf, the DJ kept the celebration going with throwback tunes like Mariah Carey’s Fantasy. Guests were also served hors d oeuvres and Cosmopolitans sprinkled with edible glitter just as sparkly as Mach Mach’s creations.
