Olivia Dean, Cardi B, Shaboozey, and Ciara Join Uber to Usher in Super Bowl 2026 Celebrations
On Friday evening, Uber hosted The One Party, its annual homecoming-inspired Super Bowl bash—this time around in its home city of San Francisco. Held at the waterfront Pier 48, the buzzy pre-game party was headlined by newly-minted Grammy winners Olivia Dean and Shaboozey.
Upon arrival, guests immediately tucked into cocktails and a gourmet take on tailgate classics—think chicken fingers and meatballs, as well as fan-favorite big dill and chicken caesar pizzas from Aldi. The nostalgia-inducing collegiate theme was woven throughout the decor, with nods to pep rally culture everywhere. Attendees posed for photos in a locker room-style area, event staff were outfitted in preppy sweaters and baseball caps, and a one-night-only Uber One Cheer Squad (produced by the UC Berkeley Dance Team) ensured spirits were high.
Among the crowd were singer Ciara and her husband, NFL legend Russell Wilson. “Uber knows how to throw a good party; it’s always a fun time. We have Olivia Dean and Shaboozey here tonight–how could we not come!” The chart-topper was wearing a bomber and distressed mini from New York City label SEKS, along with her beloved Maison Alaïa booties for the occasion: “This is a custom skirt, and these shoes are my ‘moment’ because I have had these shoes for almost 10 years–they don’t make them anymore and I will not let them out of my wardrobe arsenal. I’ve had to repair the zipper on them quite a few times.” Meanwhile, Russell opted for a Carhartt jacket—“just in case Ciara gets cold”—along with a t-shirt and boots from his own label, Good Man.
The couple also confessed that they, too, have forgotten an item or two in an Uber before. “I’ve left my wallet and my phone. I’m not always good with keeping track of my stuff,” Russell revealed as Ciara chuckled, adding that her husband sometimes “needs a little help.” Wilson was readying to cheer on his former team, the Seattle Seahawks, with whom he won the Super Bowl back in 2014. “I think the Seahawks will win, and I think they’ll win 27-17,” he teased.
Stars continued to roll into the VIP area throughout the night, with guests like Kamala Harris’ husband Doug Emhoff making the rounds with his brother-in-law, Uber’s chief legal officer Tony West. Others spotted in the crowd included Madelyn Cline, Emma Roberts, Jon Hamm, Heated Rivalry’s Robbie G.K. and Nadine Bhabha, Ilona Maher, and Kane Brown.
Stylish country star Shaboozey took to the stage just after 9 p.m. with an energetic 30-minute set that included his hugely successful hit A Bar Song (Tipsy) and Amen; which earned him his first Grammy last weekend. “Let’s have one helluva party! I love ya’ll,” the singer shouted from the stage.
Soon after, Olivia Dean delighted the crowd, opening with Nice To Each Other, followed by So Easy and Dive. The performance marked her first time on the stage since taking home the coveted Best New Artist prize at the Grammys. “This is my first time playing as part of Super Bowl weekend,” the English performer told Vogue. “I’m having so much fun—the atmosphere here is great.”
Cardi B—whose fiancé is New England Patriots wide receiver Stefon Diggs, arrived fashionably late, but just in time. The rapper posed on the yellow carpet just after 10:30 p.m. in a Mowalola moto dress, styled by Kollin Carter, before dashing to the side of the stage to catch Dean performing Man I Need.
“The One Party by Uber is an experience we create around some of the biggest cultural moments of the year, exclusively for Uber One members,” Becky Katz Davis, head of consumer communications and events, shared. “With San Francisco being our hometown, it was the perfect opportunity to kick off Super Bowl weekend with a homecoming-themed event on our home turf.”
