Photographed by Daphne Youree1/19Artist Shannon Kirsten, who I found on Etsy, created our invitations, menus, programs, and more. She is so talented, I love her style. They really set the tone for our wedding.
Photographed by Daphne Youree2/19We have always had kayaks and canoes at our house to take into the bay. My mom kayaks almost every morning with the dogs swimming by her side. Leaning on the canoe is one of the welcome bags we had made by Shannon Kirsten. We stuffed them with our guides to Southampton, Tate’s cookies, sunscreen, and Advil. We delivered them to all of the guests’ hotel rooms at the beginning of the wedding weekend.
Photographed by Daphne Youree3/19My Aunt Kristin’s Mikimoto pearl necklace and earrings that her husband gave her on their wedding day were my something borrowed.
Photographed by Arthur Elgort4/19Here I am getting my makeup done in the living room by close family friend, makeup artist Fulvia Farolfi.
Photographed by Daphne Youree5/19I liked the idea of wearing a pop of color with my wedding dress, so I chose these Manolo Blahnik pink pumps. Nobody ended up being able to see them under the dress, but it didn’t matter. My parents have the paintings that my brothers and I made as kids lining the stairway in their Southampton house—the shoes are resting on one of Ansel’s.
