When in Rome: Tommy Ton’s Valentino Haute Couture Diary

With a new flagship opening in Rome’s Piazza Mignanelli, Valentino’s Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pierpaolo Piccioli presented their Fall 2015 Haute Couture collection in their hometown last Thursday. Tommy Ton was among the invited guests, and he didn’t stop snapping pictures all day. Here, a photo diary of the proceedings, from the Mostra Diffusa exhibition that installed Valentino gowns in secret addresses all over the city to the alfresco runway show with a set designed by the Italian artist Pietro Ruffo.
