Hi, everyone.

I m Martha Stewart,

and I thought I would walk you through my morning routine.

This is what I do every day before I leave the house.

First, a really hot face cloth.

Hmm.

My face is already very clean

because I do that at night.

This is the soap I use on my face.

I have been a visitor to a Mario Badescu spa

for more than 45 years,

and I love, I love their products.

I love their facials.

And then a really cold face cloth.

Ooh, this just calms my skin, closes the pores, the cold,

and it makes me feel fresh.

And then two of my Elm Biosciences supplements.

[upbeat music]

My whole theory of skincare is inside, outside.

Whatever you put inside

reflects what s coming on the outside.

I don t sunburn my inside,

so why would I sunburn my outside?

Smart right?

Then some of my very nice Elm Biosciences serum.

This I ve been using for quite a while now,

testing all of our samples.

And this goes all over my face.

Oh, very important.

Under my eyes, around my nose,

and on my decolletage.

And I put it on my hands too.

Don t waste it.

My skin feels taut.

It feels cool.

It smells really good,

and it s a little bit tingly.

I love that feeling.

So now this is my foundation.

It is a foundation skincare pro mineral sunscreen

from Elastin.

And this is my, what I wear to the gym.

This is the first place I go in the morning

is first down to the stable

to make sure my horses are all okay,

and then straight to the gym,

either Pilates or to Sean s Fitness.

And then two squirts of Elm Biosciences

and two little squirts of L Oreal Lumi Glotion.

I ve been using this ever since they put it on me

in a little social media campaign.

It gives you just that glow that is so important.

I like to glow.

I don t like matte finishes pretty much on anything.

I like my furniture to be shiny.

I like my face to be shiny.

Oh, this feels so good.

I ve never been a heavy, heavy makeup person

unless I m doing a campaign or something.

I like lots of cheekys.

I call them anything that I put on my cheeks Cheekys.

I m using the excess on the tops of my hands.

I use my hands all the time.

And my hands need a little bit of coverage.

And they do need sunblock all the time

because I am outdoors.

I am running around.

Gonna wipe all that off.

And you know what?

At home I have dark cloths, dark gray or dark brown

for removing makeup.

And I only use a cloth once.

And it goes to the laundry.

Towels once, and they go to the laundry.

Because first of all, I m a fanatic about cleanliness.

And second of all, it s a luxury.

It s one of my little luxuries,

clean towels, clean sheets, clean pillow slips.

I don t like to have things that are used.

I like to have fresh.

Oh, and by the way,

you re going to ask about this gorgeous,

gorgeous light slip that I have on.

I have been going to this little shop in Paris.

It s called Sabbia Rosa.

Everything s made in Italy, but they are in Paris,

and they make everything out of pure linen,

beautiful old lace applique here and there.

I love these outfits so much.

So do you like?

I think it s so sexy and so beautiful.

And you can wear this when you go on trips,

and on yachts, so it s very nice to come down

in one of these for breakfast.

This is Charlotte Tilbury.

I love Charlotte Tilbury.

I had her on my podcast recently.

She is a hoot.

And she is gorgeous.

And she is amazing.

And she was raised in Spain, actually in I think Ibiza.

And I love Ibiza.

See, look, it s looking good.

I can almost go out of the house right this minute.

And now here s another Mac, a little bit more color,

right on the apples of my cheeks.

Really important.

A little bit here.

What I really like about the new trend in makeup

is the lustrousness.

This shine

that you get from the Lumi Glotion from the, oh, here.

This is beautiful too.

Forgot about that.

This is a Lancome,

and this is called Transforming Highlighter.

See how pretty it is?

Just beautiful.

And just a little bit up here on my high cheekbones

and right on my arch of my eyebrows.

And I also put a little bit here.

My daughter gave me the best advice when she was in,

I think sixth grade.

I was a caterer then.

And I was always shopping for groceries

and running around in town in my big suburban.

And she would say, Mother, please,

would you not wear your apron?

And would you please just comb your hair?

Well, I take that to heart.

And then a little bit, oh, these are,

these are really eyeshadows, but they re Armani,

and they come in many different colors.

I went to Sephora and bought every color,

and see?

Kind of metallic-y shiny.

Mm, I love these.

And this is a little bit darker shade,

but who knew that you could use eyeshadow

on your lips so effectively?

See, it s really pretty.

I actually fell asleep with my rings on.

I usually take all jewelry off.

It s a little bit dirty from the makeup.

I wash these every single day.

This is the diamond that came from Van Cleef.

It was my engagement ring.

It fell out of the setting when I got divorced,

and it fell into this nice more modern setting.

This is my old Helen Ficalora ring, which I love.

I have it in rose gold and gold gold.

And I have them to fit all my fingers

cause they re just, they re the thinnest,

most beautiful, beautiful shape.

And then this was the first ring I bought on my honeymoon

in Florence on the gold bridge.

Let s see, anything else here?

Oh yes, don t forget, a little tiny bit of eyeliner.

I try to take good care of myself.

I exercise well.

I eat well.

I have my green juice in the morning.

Don t forget the green juice.

See this hair, green juice.

The skin, I think green juice.

No sun, sunblock.

Exercise is extremely important.

Pilates does the stretching.

It does the strengthening of your core.

I do the reformer, and I do the bench

and I do, I do everything, and pretty heavy stuff.

And then I lift weights with Sean,

and he gives me a really good stretch

every time I go there, which is excellent.

And he uses the balance board.

That s the most fun.

I m learning really how to balance.

And I think as you get older, balance is so important

because there is one big rule.

Do not fall.

That s it.

Never fall.

Okay, so a tiny bit of eyeliner.

Just a tiny, tiny bit.

See that helps a lot, boy, that little tiny bit.

And this is a Lancome eyeliner.

I like it.

Mosquito waterproof, very nice.

And then, oh, these are nice too.

Look at these colors.

See just basic colors.

A little bit of that brownish, and just a touch here.

And you remember blue used to be a color.

Oh, I hate blue eye shadow.

I hate any color of eyeshadows.

They have to be neutral.

Okay, so then the newest Elm Biosciences product.

This is the night cream.

And this, I have been waiting for and waiting for

because it is a nice, rich cream.

It does contain a new version of retinoid.

A lot of retinoids are irritating to people s skin.

This is not.

This is proven to be as smooth and as nourishing

as you can imagine.

So I m just putting a little bit here.

Oh, it s cold.

I love it.

And if you want to use it during the day

for a little bit extra nourishment, use it with sunblock.

That s why I use this fabulous Elastin.

Uh oh, almost forgot,

a little bit of very lustrous lip gloss.

It really helps keep your lips moist and beautiful.

Everybody always asks the silliest questions.

And it s how to take a selfie.

Do you wanna send somebody special a picture of yourself?

Once you have mastered the art of everyday makeup,

fluff of your hair a little bit, always hold up.

Always look up because it gives you a nice jawline.

Nice neckline.

And make sure the light is on your face.

Has to be on your face.

And hold it up to the light.

And take a picture.

Make, you know you can do kissy lips,

and you can do whatever,

pouty lips and sexy eyes.

And that s a selfie.

So Vogue, you know I have things to do and places to go.

I m a busy person.

Cha cha.
