So the one thing I love is

throwing dinner parties for my friends.

I absolutely love it.

And we re going to try today to do my version

of an English holiday dinner.

I have my friend, Matthew Masaccio,

who is an amazing chef.

So he s going to help me.

And all my friends are going to come over

and we re going to have a good time.

When you re hosting a party,

first of all I think it s really helpful

to have one of these things.

You do need to take time for yourself

because you re cooking. You re entertaining.

You re being gracious to your guests.

You re setting the table.

You re setting the mood and tone for the night.
