Hey I m Cami, we re at Dogpound,

and today I m gonna show you three of my favorite exercises

to get your ass into shape.

Let s go.

The first butt workout we re gonna be doing is called

the duck walk.

(duck sound)

This little guy is gonna be your best friend,

and your worst enemy.

So you re going to put it around your legs,

just above your knee caps.

And sit down in a lower squat position.

And you re gonna go right, right,

and take your big froggy steps.

You re always gonna wanna stay seated,

so you really work the outer thighs and glutes.

You see that my feet never really

get closer than about a foot.

And trust me you re gonna feel it.

So the second butt workout is straight-leg booty kicks.

And it s really gonna kick your booty into shape.

So you re going to put the resistance band about

halfway through your leg.

You re gonna go on your hands and knees,

in tabletop position.

You re gonna extend one leg and,

you re gonna go up, and down.

And make sure you tap the floor and,

make your leg go as high as possible.

So now we re going to be doing the third butt exercise.

Which is called the curtsy ballerina kick.

Curtsy, and then a high leg kick.

Let s go.

So I m going into a curtsy,

and I m kicking up as high as possible.

So, you re going to do 12 to 20 reps.

And you wanna make sure to keep your shoulders

and your back squared.

Can t really talk while I m curtsying.

I already feel a difference.

(laughs)

And there you have it, there are your three booty exercises.
