If there’s one thing we know to be true about Angelina Jolie, it’s that the woman loves a neutral.
The actor arrived at the 2025 Cannes Film Festival today for the premiere of Ari Aster’s Eddington, gliding down the Croisette in a strapless beige A-line dress—the finale look from Brunello Cucinelli’s fall 2025 collection. The silk gown, which hovered just above the red carpet, featured a delicate cashmere crocheted overlay with subtle sequin details.
Jolie accessorized her understated dress with some major jewels. Draped over her collarbone was a necklace with alternating yellow and white diamonds, complete with a yellow pear-shaped pendant. She paired the standout necklace with the matching drop earrings.
With her wardrobe exclusively consisting of black, white, gray, and beige, it came as no surprise that Jolie opted for one of her four favorite neutrals for the Cannes premiere. Beige has become one of her go-tos on the red carpet, from the lacy boho Elie Saab she wore for the 2025 Critics Choice Awards to the dramatic Tamara Ralph dress she chose for the Maria premiere in Venice last year. Whether she’s in boho or a ballgown, there is truly no limit on what Angelina Jolie can do with the color beige.
