In what is quite possibly Rocky’s Bottega swan song, the rapper has been spotted carrying some truly outrageous bags. Rocky, who has been spending time in the recording studio, has been trotting out an enviable bag collection, from a large white Andiamo to a truly enormous orange tote.
The famous dresser is a noted Bottega collector: Just days after sitting front row at the Bottega Veneta spring 2025 show, A$AP Rocky celebrated his birthday carrying a sneaky status bag. While it looked like any other plastic bag, it was really a fresh-off-the-runway leather trompe l’œil, straight from Milan—and the latest addition to his inimitable closet. Last year, the rapper celebrated his 35th birthday carrying a Pepto Bismol-hued Bottega Veneta Andiamo bag, made in the brand’s signature woven leather. (Rocky, who participated in a guerilla marketing campaign for Bottega, carried several of the brand’s telltale intrecciato bags over the course of his contract.)
The rapper has proven time and time again that he isn’t concerned with mens’ fashion norms when it comes to his personal style. Between his babushka scarf and leather skirt, A$ASP Rocky knows that gender norms are so passé. But nothing broadcasts his disinterest in gendered fashion more than his impressive purse collection, which he’s cultivated over the course of his career.
But his collection ranges far beyond Bottega. In August 2023, just after the birth of his second son Riot Rose, Rocky was spotted walking to his conspicuous yellow Hummer, dressed for a workout in a black J6 hoodie, Puma shorts, and black-and-green sneakers with white socks, carried a toting an open black Hermès Kelly with gold hardware. Between the open bag, contents on full display, and the little coffee cup he kept chugging from, the new father of two was giving a touch of Frazzled Englishwoman energy.
While Rocky already had an impressive bag collection on his own, now that he’s one half of the world’s most fashionable couple, he has two closets to pull from. On a date night with Rihanna at Carbone, he paired a sky blue Goyard Saint Louis with his simple white tee, jeans, flannel, and puffer. The rapper is clearly a fan of Goyard: he’s also been spotted carrying a marigold yellow clutch, an orange tote, and blue satchel with a rose painted on the leather. And at the spring 2020 Gucci show in Milan, he wore a leather purse by the Italian house slung across his chest.
