Models including Jill Kortleve and Nora Attal walked the runway wearing the prettiest of hair bows, reinventing a classic Chanel hair accessory for wedding season and beyond. Fastened at the crown of the head, the ties fell at differing lengths, adding a playful yet polished French-girl finish to otherwise undone, loosely textured hair.
In classic shades of black and white, the bows tapped into a longstanding relationship between the Parisian house and the hair ribbon. One of Gabrielle “Coco” Chanel’s favorite accessories (aside from pearls and brooches, of course), the hair bow has remained a frequent highlight of Chanel runways.
