Dua Lipa is back on the road! This week, the singer kicked off her Radical Optimism tour in Melbourne, Australia (with a surprise appearance from Troye Sivan, no less). Performing songs off her 2024 album of the same name, now is the time to catch the pop star as she brings her hits like “Houdini” and “Training Season” to the stage. She will be continuing the tour through October, with further dates across Europe and North America. But her danceable bops are not the only reason to buy a ticket to her show: Lipa’s high-fashion tour looks are totally worth travelling to catch a glimpse of, too.

Working with her longtime stylist Lorenzo Posocco, Lipa has crafted a new assortment of stage looks that are very much worthy of a global superstar. For one, the star opens the show with “Training Season” wearing a champagne-colored bodysuit by Jean Paul Gaultier—punctuated with tons of shimmering crystals that sparkle under the lights, of course. Complete with the bejeweled knee boots to match, it’s precisely the kind of look that commands a spotlight.

Later on in the set, as she performs her new song “Watcha Doing,” and Lipa changes into a black lace Valentino catsuit, complete with a dramatic black and white faux fur shawl—a contemporary take on evening glamour. She also sports a red Balenciaga faux fur coat and red slip dress to perform “Love Again” (where she is, at one point, surrounded by a ring of fire in the look).

One of her best ensembles of the tour happens near the end of the show, when she comes out to perform her banger “Don’t Start Now.” Lipa wears a black sparkly Chanel bodysuit adorned with trims of body-hugging golden chains. It’s actually a recreation of a look that the French label famously put on supermodel Christy Turlington for its spring 1992 Haute Couture runway show. From her custom creations to her revived archival recreations, it’s undeniable that all of Dua Lipa’s tour outfits are for the true fashion girlies. Witnessing them live is almost better than dancing to all of her pop hits—well, almost.
