Jennifer Lawrence is continuing on with her red carpet fashion wins. Today, the actor attended the No Hard Feelings photocall in Madrid, Spain alongside co-star Andrew Feldman. Continuing her slew of sleek, pared-back looks that she’s worn for the film’s press tour thus far, Lawrence appeared in a crisp white Alaïa shirtdress punctuated with a thick leather belt cinching the waist. Minimalist chic, yes, though the swishy mini skirt added a dash of fun to the look, too. Equally as fun were the shoes, which take a style cue from Barbie. Hear me out!
Barbie obviously loves a stiletto, but there’s no shoe more Barbie than a heeled mule sandal. They even make a cameo in the trailer for Greta Gerwig’s Barbie, the highly-anticipated film starring Margot Robbie, in fuzzy pink. Lawrence’s discreet black style may be more understated than the bubblegum styles that Barbie wears, sure—but the silhouette is practically made for permanently-arched feet. They’re the Jadarona style by Manolo Blahnik, and retail for $785. They can be dressed up, like Lawrence did, or down with jeans and a button-up. If you’re really feeling Barbiecore for summer, they even come in pink, too.
