Lauren Sánchez Bezos and Katy Perry took Paris by storm for a now-infamous bachelorette party. They’ve returned to the City of Light once more for a similarly glamorous affair: Couture Week, avec more girls lunches.
Sánchez Bezos and Perry first took the day and attended Balenciaga’s fall 2025 couture show, sitting front row among the likes of Nicole Kidman and Cardi B (with her raven) to witness Demna’s final show as creative director. Sánchez Bezos was among the early arrivals, toting a Balenciaga trompe-l’oeil coffee cup clutch bag personalized with her name. The newlywed wore a nipped-in, tailored black coat dress with a popped collar and flared hip, as well as the pointed Knife Pump. Balenciaga footwear has long been a go-to for Sánchez Bezos.
Perry also, of course another longtime Demna devotee, opted for Balenciaga. She chose a sculptural blazer mini-dress with a stand-to-attention, plunging neckline and punctuating black stilettos with the signature elongated toe. Perry wore her hair up and slicked back, with a singular piece falling over a set of sheer oval glasses.
The duo were joined briefly, too, by fellow bachelorette attendee Kim Kardashian, who wore a white latex gown and who also later walked in the show. (Wearing Elizabeth Taylor’s earrings).
Perry and Sánchez Bezos were also photographed enjoying lunch together at upscale Paris bistro L’Avenue.
Reuniting at a Balenciaga Couture show feels right for Perry and Sánchez Bezos, two committed Demna lovers who often look to the house for its glamorous, severe silhouettes. Their last trip to Paris saw their group fall into a similar aesthetic: Lots of sheer and black lace, plunging corsetry, and leather looks.
Perry was unable to attend Sánchez Bezos’s recent three-day wedding event in Venice to her partner Jeff Bezos due to touring commitments, but a return to the scene of their glamorous bachelorette for an equally glitzy affair was apt.
Just yesterday, Sánchez Bezos was spotted in a red leather Versace mini-dress as she had dinner with friends Brooks Nader, her sister Sarah Jane Nader, and Leonardo DiCaprio at Laperouse Restaurant. It was a return to the sexy, show-stopping sartorial form we’ve come to expect from Sánchez Bezos, after her wedding event in Venice that saw her don slightly more demure, Sophia Loren-inspired looks, interlaced with her own sensual style: A corseted gold Schiaparelli couture dress for the welcome dinner; a dramatic, buttoned-up and bold trained Dolce Gabbana bridal gown; and for their “Dolce Notte”-themed afterparty, a rose pink atelier Versace gown designed by Donatella Versace, studded with Swarovski crystals.
It remains to be seen where Lauren Sánchez Bezos’s Couture calendar takes her next—but rest assured, she’ll go as big as she did at Balenciaga.
