Thanks to Google’s year-end list data, we now know the most-searched destinations of 2017. We don’t know exactly why they were Googled (Las Vegas, although a popular tourist destination, perhaps saw an uptick in searches because of October’s tragic shooting), but it seems reasonable to guess that these are the places everyone was most curious about, interested in, and ready to visit:
- Las Vegas
- Barcelona
- Myrtle Beach, South Carolina
- Aspen, Colorado
- Punta Cana, Dominican Republic
- Maldives
- Turks and Caicos
- Bali
- Cancún, Mexico
- Bermuda
Googlers have some good taste—many of those destinations are on Vogue’s favorite-places list, too. Below, travel guides that will be just what you’re looking (er, searching) for.
