Good taste, it turns out, is genetic. At least in the case of Reese Witherspoon and her 23-year-old daughter, Ava Phillippe. The duo attended an Oceana event together, where they opted for chic, coordinated strapless looks for the affair. Witherspoon sported a pale green mini dress with a ruching detail, while Phillippe donned a white wide-leg jumpsuit. Complete with their matching California-blonde hair, the pair looked like true twins.

It’s not the first time Witherspoon and Phillippe have dressed in sync. At their most recent public appearance, at the Sing 2 premiere in Los Angeles back in 2021, they both wore mini dresses with matching lace embroideries. The resemblance is uncanny!
Witherspoon and Phillippe are not the only famous mother-daughter duo who share a similar taste in wardrobe, either. Other A-listers such as Kaia Gerber and Cindy Crawford, Lily-Rose Depp and Vanessa Paradis, and Gwyneth Paltrow and Apple Martin have all stepped out in complementary ensembles as well (Apple even modeled Gwyneth’s Oscars dress on Instagram). Clearly, good style can be genetic.
