In celebrity-land, summer 2025 has centered on the beach. Their job, for now, is beach. For Hailey Bieber, that meant taking over a Mallorcan beach club to celebrate her latest, lemon-inspired Rhode launch. Kylie and Kendall Jenner left behind the fug of Venice—and their archival Tom Ford gowns and Chanel sets—to frolic in the surf of Saint-Tropez. Jenna Ortega hasn’t let the Wednesday press tour and her gothic wardrobe stop her from paddling on Bondi Beach in full Matrix mode either.

Following on from her pirate witch-esque Vivienne Westwood look in Paris, where she scooped gothy soft serves at ‘Wednesday’s Beach Club,’ the mall goth has once again broken free to enjoy the surf.
So how does Wednesday Addams-core translate to Sydney’s Bondi Beach? Well, Ortega came with the answers. She wore a long, leather trench coat that recalled the Matrix more than Baywatch, with black, elongated cat eye sunglasses. Perhaps most sensibly, she removed her black buckle biker boots to paddle on the shore.
