Despite being one of Copenhagen’s most buzzed-about brands in recent seasons, A. Roege Hove was noticeably absent from the schedule in January. Founder Amalie Røge Hove was forced to shutter her namesake label last October, in part due to outstanding unpaid orders from retailers.

Now back with new investors on board, Røge Hove used her spring 2025 collection as an opportunity to expand her repertoire. While her signature ribbed knits remained, sheer panels were layered over the top, adding a subtly sexy dimension to her designs. Her stretchy separates can be off putting for those who can’t get past how different they look on the hanger, but this season’s more structured silhouettes will appeal to a wider audience.

Indeed, the most successful pieces saw Røge Hove adopt pared-back shapes, allowing the techniques that she’s spent months perfecting to shine through. Case in point: the ribbed midi-dress and skirt, featuring textured inserts, and the green check slip dress. Meanwhile, the patterned gray separates, designed to emulate the distorted lines created when rib knits are worn, showcase the brand’s more grown-up side. It’s pleasing to see Røge Hove celebrate the female body in a new way as her label enters its next chapter.
