10 Best Dressed: Week of March 17, 2014

As spring gala season kicked off, it was a perfect week for long, lovely dresses both in dark winter hues and more optimistic spring pastels and florals. If the long gown isn’t right, take after the chic girls—Cara Delevingne and Charlotte Gainsbourg with the “I’m too cool to care” pant ensemble. It was also a week for matching your clothes to your hair. Take **Tilda Swinton’**s wheat-colored fringe or **Soo Joo Park’**s feathers that mimic her bleached bangs. It’s definitely a hair affair!
