Photo: Robert Fairer1/30Moments before walking down the aisle, I had butterflies, from nerves and excitement. Thankfully, I had my father by my side and my youngest sister, Olympia, holding my train. My sister realized that the dress was too much for her alone, so we asked two lovely local ladies in traditional costumes to help her carry it.
Photo: Aria Isadora2/30Florist and friend Thierry Boutemy and I worked together on the flowers throughout the wedding-planning process. For my bouquet, I trusted him implicitly. Shortly before the ceremony, he surprised me with this arrangement, and it could not have been more perfect.
Photo: Robert Fairer3/30Our ceremony was early Friday afternoon, held at Sponza Palace in Dubrovnik s old city. My vision was for it to be as fragrant as it was beautiful. Theirry and his team filled the arches with dripping jasmine, peonies, and tuberose, and it was an actual dream come true.
