Inside Instagram Cofounder and CEO Kevin Systrom and Nicole Schuetz’s Napa Wedding
Photo: Jose Villa1/22Our guests received custom invitations in green wooden boxes with a leather-bound book and Italian paper. The crest on the book looks serious, but it’s a tongue-in-cheek reference to our golden retriever. On both sides, instead of a lion, you’ve got an illustration of our troublemaking but lovable dog, Dolly.
Photo: Jose Villa2/22My ceremony gown was made by Mark Zunino, and was decorated with vines and flowers to match the vineyard setting. The bridesmaids all wore a beautiful floral print but were able to choose the style they liked the best.
Photo: Jose Villa3/22With such a dramatic dress and veil, I wanted to keep my jewelry simple. Other than my engagement ring, I wore only a pair of earrings.
Photo: Jose Villa4/22I knew that picking the right shoe for such a big day would be critical! These beautiful metallic wedges from Jimmy Choo did the trick—formal but comfortable and able to navigate grass, gravel, and concrete.
Photo: Jose Villa5/22The floral designer at Ken Fulk, Danielle Bernhisel, created our beautiful bouquets of seasonal flowers. I loved how the bouquets were formal and whimsical at the same time.
