Steven Yeun, Barry Keoghan, and Levi Dylan Celebrated Pharrell Williams’ Debut Louis Vuitton Collection Pop-Up
Louis Vuitton kicked off the new year with the first fashion event of 2024 in Los Angeles last night. Guests including Steven Yeun, Barry Keoghan, Deacon Phillippe, Levi Dylan, Nyjah Huston, and Jaden Smith turned out to celebrate the French house s brand-new pop-up space in West Hollywood, dedicated wholly to the Men’s Spring-Summer 2024 collection designed by Men’s Creative Director Pharrell Williams.
The store, on a prime piece of real estate next to celebrity hangout Craig’s restaurant, will open to the public through mid-March and is themed around the location of Williams’s landmark Paris show back in June 2023, complete with a gold plaster reproduction of the Pont Neuf and Parisian street lamps. New year detoxes were clearly on the 2024 ‘out’ list as the crowd sipped on green apple vodka martinis followed by lobster-filled croissants, tater tots topped with caviar, and veggie burgers in matcha bun housed in boxes bearing the label’s iconic Damier pattern. Saltburn star Keoghan, who sported a monogram-flocked nylon bomber over a tank top, was playing it cool despite his Best Actor in a Drama Motion Picture nomination in Sunday’s upcoming Golden Globe Awards. “I love the collection,” he said. “I’m looking around. I like anything that s cropped and I like the bags. I’m educating myself about fashion. It’s all new to me but I love it.”
While the collection was doubtless the star of the pop-up shop, guests were drawn to a secret room featuring the latest iteration of the iconic Speedy bag in leather hidden behind a bookcase and accessible only by pulling the correct volume off the shelf. If all that weren’t temptation enough to visit the store, a second drop, including accessories, jewelry, leather goods, luggage, ready-to-wear, shoes, and trunks from Williams’s acclaimed debut, is scheduled for February 8.
